Thank you for taking a look at our home.  Our home is a 1965 Garrison Colonial located in the Lakewood Estates Development off of North Avenue in the New North End of Burlington, Vermont.  Our development connects to the Burlington Bike Path and has its own private beach.  We are centrally located within walking distance to Leddy Park ice arena and beach, Ethan Allen Park with its tower and miles of walking/biking trails & the Ethan Allen Shopping Center with Hannafords, Ace Hardware and the new post office.  There is a bus stop located at the entrance to our development and we are minutes from North Beach with the downtown waterfront being less than a 15-minute bike ride. This is a great, safe, family-friendly neighborhood.

We moved here three years ago in July with every intention of planting our roots here.  The renovations and landscaping choices were made with this in mind.  We have spent the last three years upgrading the house with the idea that we were staying here for good.  But the desire to be closer to family is behind our decision to relocate out of state.
